[info]miaoooo and I will be staying at James and Sim's place this weekend, watching their dogs.

So, if any of you Croydon folk would like to get together for some good eating, a movie, or whatever, on Saturday eve, just let us know. We would love seeing you.

Israeli Comics Exhibition

I've seen a newspaper piece announcing an upcoming Israeli comics exhibition in London (17/Feb - 16/Mar, at the Spiro Art Gallery, official site link).

I don't know if I can recommend it (as I've never been to one), but if you want to go, and would like company, drop me and/or [info]miaoooo (your local Israelis) a line.

Jedi Church

So, apparently, they are opening a Jedi church in Wales. For some odd reason I found that funny.

Language Question

I’ve recently (well, comparatively speaking) visited a London based role playing games convention. I want to write about my adventures there, and compare it with Israeli based conventions while I’m at it. I am wondering which language to use in that post (with English and Hebrew being the prominent choices).

So, what I’m asking you is this – If you can’t read Hebrew, and would be interested in reading my musings on the subject, let me know. Should someone express such interest, I’ll write it in English (as all of my Hebrew readers can read English as well). Thanks :)

Mmm. I’m not that sure about this, but...

Anyone wants to come to Wembley stadium for this Saturday’s match? Personally, I have to admit I don’t really like football, but it seems like it might be an interesting experience (as I’ve never been to Wembley before), and tickets are reasonably priced (100 – 120 Pounds).

So, anyone?

This is somewhat short notice, but... I’ll be in Israel from the 11th ‘till the 19th of August (yes, that means really, really soon). I would therefore like to say the following:

To my Israeli friends: We sure haven’t met in a long time, have we? Try and be around on the weekend of the 17th. Your company will be much appreciated.

To my UK friends: [info]miaoooo is still here (i.e., in the UK), and will be without spousal company. Take advantage! (mmm, that doesn’t sound just right, but I’m sure you get the proper meaning). If you need her contact information, just ask. Cheerio.
